Although yesterday was a special day (Chinese Valentine's Day), many artistes viewed it as a normal working day. In [Thank you for having loved me], Vicki Zhao Wei's character is a magazine editor. We took the opportunity to visit her on the special day to check out her 'new relationship'.

V: We were filming a scene in the editorial department today, where we were celebrating the birthday of photographer, nicknamed 'Monkey'. At the same time, I was reporting back to work at the company; I had resigned earlier. The reason was because I had fallen in love with my boss.
Zhao Wei's character had plenty of misgivings, having fallen in love with her married superior. But it takes two hands to clap, and her married boss (enacted by Tuo Chung Hua) had also developed feelings for her.
T: When my character first knew Zhao Wei's character (Yuwei), I felt that she was very similar to myself when I was younger. Hence, I developed a soft spot for her and wanted to get to know her better. Eventually, I invited her to join my company as an editor.
Although Tuo's character was able to get closer to Yuwei through work, it was no means an easy task to develop the love relationship. Because he is married, and his wife (Qin Hailu) would call the office or drop by for a visit anytime.
T: Qin Hailu, who is enacting the role of my wife, would pop by or call anytime, so it was quite stressful. Whenever my secretary picks up the phone, she'd ask if I'm in office. After that, she'd check on the whereabouts of Yuwei…”
Besides having a complicated relationship with her boss, Zhao Wei's character also has 2 other suitors, one of whom is photographer 'Monkey' (enacted by Zhou Yiwei).
Z: I work under Yuwei in the company, and interacted with her through work. Gradually, I realized I've fallen in love with her.
V: The serial allows the audiences to see 3 types of men: one who is successful but married; one who is immature but full of passion, the other is of 'ideal husband' type, but somehow my character does not develop feelings for him. I think such characters are quite typical in real life, and I managed to meet all of them in the serial.
These 3 men have their strengths, and love Yuwei deeply. However, Yuwei eventually did not choose any of them.
V: My character eventually chose to be alone. She's a strong and independent person, and felt that all 3 of them did not really suit her. I quite like the ending of the serial, although I don't want it (the ending) to happen to me in real life.
