For choosing Sohu as the host of her official site, in an interview, Zhao Wei once said, "I'm very happy to have such a platform. In the past, whenever I come online to chat with my fans and friends, having too many people taking part would always paralyze the system. Now (that I have my this platform,) it won't happen in the future. I hope to use this platform to write articles, chat with friends, talk about the music that I like, and share both opinions on matters and my life experience. At 8:23pm on February 23rd, Zhao Wei published her first blog entry on her personal space. The 12 entries had a total of over 25,000 comments and messages from guests, fully demonstrating Zhao Wei's unbeatable popularity.
