Recently, Zhao Wei was interviewed by Sohu's spicy CEO Charles Zhang, in which she revealed, " I am currently still single."
After 10 years in the entertainment circle, not only did Zhao Wei have high paying renumeration, endorsement contracts were also continually coming to her. However, as Charles Zhang mentioned that Zhao Wei had the money, she began to complain about the exaggeration of her wealth, "it's nothing but exaggerations, I'm not that rich. The media always state that I have so many luxury houses everywhere. I had a laugh over it whenever I saw those reports. It would be great to really own so many properties, but those are all simply untrue." Nonetheless, Zhao Wei admitted that she had indeed accumulated some wealth over the past 10 years, and considered herself to be a celebruty with a bit of money.
Despite when rumor had it that Zhao Wei and Wang LiQin were going out together, it created a big commotion in the industry. Zhao Wei frankly stated that she was still single during the interview, "For a public figure like myself, I really don't have the time to focus on relationships. On top of that, I am not someone who would willingly pursue another people. In my eyes, my boyfriend have to absolutely be someone that I appreciation, at the same time, he must also appreciate me. This way, we can have a meaningful dialogue." When asked about the type of men that she liked, Zhao Wei smiled, "Currently, I like steady-going men, although it seems that the type of men that I like change with time." When Charles Zhang asked Zhao Wei if she wanted to get married, Zhao Wei suddenly exclaimed, " yup, I really long to get married, but there's still no one who wants to marry me."
