The launch ceremony of "China Open, Share Tennis", the theme promotion activities for China Open tennis tournament was held in Beijing Aeronautics University Tennis Facility. This began the series of 2008 "China Open, Share Tennis" promotions and popularization of tennis. Entertainment celebrities Zhao Wei and Pan YueMing officially became the spokesperson for "China Open, Share Tennis." At the same time, China Open Celebrity Tennis Team welcomed the addition of three new team members: celebrity Zhao Wei, and singers who sang at last year's China Open Carnival, Guo Rong and Ji MinJia.

Beijing time March 27th, at the The launch ceremony of "China Open, Share Tennis", the theme promotion activities for China Open tennis tournament, our reporters saw the well-known actress Zhao Wei, with new identities as a new team member of the China Open Celebrity Tennis Team and this year's spokesperson for China Open. At the event, Zhao Wei accepted exclusive interview with QQ reporters, and talked about her past with tennis.

QQ Sports: Hello Zhao Wei! You are here to take part in the China Open event, so when do you usually play tennis?
Zhao Wei: Since I'm very busy, playing tennis is very much of a Guerrilla style, but I would go play whenever I have time.

QQ Sports: What was the reason behind you joining this celebrity tennis team?
Zhao Wei: This time I'm collaborating with Director Xia Gang on a production called [An Epic of a Woman], which will soon begin filming. Since Xia Gang is the capitain of the Celebrity Tennis Team, he cordially asked me to join the team. I want to thank them for letting me become the spokesperson for this event, and I think that this would help the promotion and popularization of tennis.

QQ Sports: So how many times a week do you play tennis?
Zhao Wei: 8 times...(joke). I don't have a fixed schedule for tennis. I'm soon leaving for the set of the new production, and I heard that Director Xia Gang has already booked for tennis courts there, so I'll play there when I have spare time.

QQ Sports: We heard that a while ago you considered to become the torch bearer for the Beijing Olympics?
Zhao Wei: Yes, but it's too late to apply for it now. But it doesn't matter, because the Olympics is hosted in China, and everyone has a chance to participate in it by promoting the Olympics and upholding its image.

QQ Sports: Do you plan to watch the tennis matches at the Olympics?
Zhao Wei: Then I'm hoping that China Open will help me with getting the tickets for the tennis matches.
QQ Sports: Do you have a favorite tennis player?

Zhao Wei: Roger Federer. He's very handsome. I like his looks. Also, Brooke Shields' EX (someone reminded her: "Agassi"), that's right, it's Andre Agassi. He's also very handsome. The players I like are all multi-talented, thus very attractive to the audience.

QQ Sports: Have you had the chance to meet them?
Zhao Wei: Not yet, but if I do, I will take them out to dinner. (laughes)
