Synopsis of [My Dream Girl]
Zhang Tian, a millionaire who had established himself in America in his early years, returned to China, for investments in Shanghai. One day, he found Zhang Ning (Zhao Wei), his beloved daughter whom he had lost in contact for years. The funny look of Zhang Ning made her father decided to look for a specialist to train and transform her into a lady of the modern time.
Designer Joe (Ekin Cheng), being out of job for a significant period of time, decided to go to Shanghai and to take up the position as Zhang Ning's Image Director. Joe pretended as if he was indeed very qualified, he brought Zhang Ning to fool around extravagantly with fine food and nice entertainments. A love story packed with humorous and interesting scenes developed during the time when the two of them were together, leading both of them understanding that one's external appearance is not of utmost importance......
